New Ownership...New Year...NEW YOU!
Body By Design is under new ownership. Paula McNerney is looking forward to providing you with the same terrific classes with the same incredible staff! In addition, Paula will be bringing new programs and classes throughout 2012! Be on the lookout for Yoga, new classes, Walking, Running & Cycling Clubs and much more! We will be publishing a monthly newsletter to keep you informed of studio happenings, exercise and nutritional tips, recipes and more!

JANUARY CLASS OFFERINGS!
This month classes will follow closely to past schedules with just a few changes. We are now offering an HOUR spin & sculpt class on Thursday mornings at 7:30 a.m. In addition, 2 TRX classes taught by Marion Mauro on Tuesday at 1:30 and again at 4:30 p.m. are being offered. The time is perfect for lunch breaks & teachers who want to get their workout in before they get home! TRX is a challenging workout for all levels! To find out more, please ask any staff member and they will be happy to assist you. Another change is the addition of the 9 a.m. classes. These will now be offered 3x a week! Join Sarah in BOSU & Spin for the month of January! As usual, your input is important – please let us know of any class you would like to see brought to Body by Design and we will do our best to make it happen!

NEW REFORMER PRICING!
Reformer classes are now the SAME pricing as our non-pilates classes. You can purchase a 4 pack or 8 pack of reformer classes for the same price as SPIN! If you enjoy “unlimited classes” and want to add Reformer to your schedule, the additional cost will only be $12 per class! This is a tremendous savings and we hope you will take advantage and add the Pilates Reformer to your routine! Our amazing instructors, Jen Mueller and Leia Faucher will be teaching the Reformer. These classes are a great addition to Spin, BOSU, and TRX. Increase your flexibility and strength and learn the oldest/newest exercises!

All of our clients accomplish amazing things! We would like to share your accomplishments with EVERYONE! Please let us know what health or fitness goal you have accomplished or an event you plan on participating in (such as a marathon, century, triathalon, etc) so that we can support you in your fitness endeavor and possibly join you!

EXERCISE OF THE MONTH!
Each month we will be featuring an exercise you can do at home! To conquer the winter blues and to get a jump start on tank top season, we recommend the following exercise:
Tricep Dips: Begin sitting on a step or chair with hands next to thighs. Balance on your arms, moving backside in front of the step or chair with legs straight (harder) or bent (easier). Bend the elbows and lower body a few inches, keeping the shoulders down and the elbows parallel to one another and at 90 degrees. Push back up to starting position and repeat.
