Training Classes are designed to meet the needs of the participants. Each class has a maximum of 6 students allowing individual attention and maximum results!
GROUP TRAINING DESCRIPTIONS:
YOGA -This yoga class welcomes all levels and introduces modified, as well as, more physically challenging yoga postures. Through the yoga practice we will enhance our strength and flexibility, improve self-awareness, and reduce stress.
YOGI MAMA! - Is a unique pre-natal yoga class for moms-to-be to enjoy caring for themselves and babies while practicing postures and breathing techniques that will help with delivery and post-birth recovery. BOSU Circuit - Great workout that incorporates balance, cardio, strength, flexibility throughout 6-8 stations!

Intro to Reformer - If you never tried Pilates Reformer, it's time! This class will teach you the basics of pilates & the reformer
Reformer - It's time to turn it up a notch! Faster paced and a terrific challenge (Experience required).
Spin - Each class will have a specific goal - Endurance, Strength, Interval or Combination of Strength & Endurance. The classes offer the latest cardio workout with great music, plenty of motivation and a great workout! Heart Rate Monitors are STRONGLY suggested so that you can achieve the optimum workout.
½ Spin ½ Sculpt - An incredible class that lasts ONE HOUR! Enjoy a great cardio workout followed by toning exercises to help you achieve your fitness goals!
TRX- Just like an indoor boot camp where you will use the TRX, and your own body weight to improve your muscle strength, core strength, and flexibility.
Beginning TRX - Learn or Review the Basics of TRX Suspension Training. Increase core stability, strength as you learn how to progress each exercise.
Spin & Sculpt - Get your heart and muscles working with this ONE HOUR multi-muscle workout!
Spin & TRX- 12 PEOPLE can register for this exciting class that will be 30 minutes of spin & 30 minutes of TRX!
Mat Pilates - Find the benefits of performing some of the original Pilates exercises to help build core strength, flexibility, and better posture!
