"Body by Design is a great facility.  The women offer personalized service in a noncompetitive environment.  I am amazed at how much better I am at pedaling since taking spinning classes.  There are all types of women who go to this club.. You don’t have to be trim and in your twenties.  Everyone is welcome and we have lots of laughs! "
